Torched Car Gets a Parking Ticket

You park illegally, you get a parking ticket. Even having a car that’s completely burnt out is not a good enough excuse for these New York City parking agents. As long as there’s a windshield wiper to hold the ticket, you’re getting a ticket. And don’t try to drive this car away either, I’m guessing there’s a few potential safety violations there.
